Our Philosophy

We started TCO when we noticed that students and parents were frustrated by the cookie-cutter approach endemic to the mentoring and guidance space. Our approach is founded upon keeping a low student-mentor ratio (generally less than 10:1) and focusing on identifying qualities and interests unique to each student. By curating a personalized learning path, we keep our students engaged and motivated. Instead of following a well-trodden road, our students blaze new trails and leave a lasting footprint through their intellectual and community-focused endeavors.

One-on-one engagement with high school students that gives them the flexibility to dive deep into their areas of interest while building a focused portfolio of activities and projects they are passionate about. The program is aimed not only at helping students chart the path to their dream colleges but also at building autonomy and skills that will help them thrive in a demanding undergraduate program.

Graduate Pathways Program

Aimed at students currently in university or recent graduates, this program helps them chalk out avenues for portfolio development. Moreover, we guide students on which programs would best fit their desired career trajectories. Our goal is to ensure that they attend terminal degrees that will shape them into thought leaders in their domains.
